*Perhaps this is apart of Anna Wintour’s master plan to get super models back on the cover of fashion magazines after years of celebrity cover-girls.

Target’s is at it again. The popular retailer’s next design collaborator is Phillip Lim.

The collection will be launching Sept. 15 and features a limited-edition collection of of over 100 apparel and accessories, including an assortment of bags, shoes and travel accessories, for women and men ranging in price from $19.99-$299.99 with most items under $49.99.

Scandal actress, Kerry Washington looks sexy on the cover of Elle Magazine’s June 2013 issue. Throughout the shoot Kerry is photographed in designers like Balmain, Tom Ford, Armani Exchange,  Giambattista Valli and more.

On her current success: ”I’m the luckiest broad in Hollywood now. To be the lead actor on Scandal and to be in the highest-earning Tarantino movie- I don’t get to ask for more.
“

When asked if as a girl she thought she’d ever consider modeling or becoming a film actress: ”I was not that girl.  I was a kooky theater kid, silly and goofy and academic.”

 On getting red-carpet ready: ”I found out I enjoy the process. All these people show up at my house, they all have kits, someone has dresses. And it’s like, Let’s have fun. It’s not all about me. We’re able to create stories on the red carpet.”

On the career Washington thought she’d pursue: ”I imagined I’d be a clinical psychologist, with a focus on how performance shapes identity. I’d figure out ways to use role-playing in the healing of people.”
